1. Status and agreement boundary
BidIQ is currently pilot-ready and offered for controlled demonstrations, evaluations and pre-commercial pilots. Esnad AI operates on a pre-incorporation basis and is not presented as an incorporated or registered legal entity. This page is informational and does not itself form a contract. Any binding pilot or commercial arrangement must be stated in a separately executed agreement approved by the parties. No pricing, term, service level, credit, refund, support commitment or usage entitlement is created here.
2. Service and responsibilities
BidIQ is a pilot-ready tender decision-intelligence service supporting bidder and issuer workflows. Customer organizations control authorized users, roles, documents, instructions and final decisions. Users must protect credentials and report suspected compromise. Customers must have authority to provide all uploaded content.
3. Customer content and confidentiality
Organizations remain responsible for and retain their rights in uploaded and generated customer content, subject to third-party rights. The technical service must host, copy, transform, analyze, transmit and secure content to provide the requested pilot functionality. Any binding confidentiality, processing or commercial obligations must be recorded in a separately executed agreement before sensitive production use.
4. AI-assisted features and human authority
AI extracts, classifies, retrieves, matches, explains and recommends. Deterministic rules score, weight, threshold and apply overrides where defined. AI and extracted information can be incomplete or incorrect, so users must review source evidence, citations and currentness. BidIQ recommends; authorized humans make final Bid/No-Bid/Hold and procurement-award decisions. BidIQ does not guarantee eligibility, compliance, award or business results.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use BidIQ unlawfully or upload content without authority.
- Do not seek cross-tenant access, bypass roles or security controls, share credentials or interfere with service integrity.
- Do not upload malware or unlawfully obtained material.
- Do not represent AI output as verified fact or an authorized human decision when it is not.
6. Security and data protection
Verified safeguards include tenant scoping, server-side authorization, private document storage, secure authentication, malware scanning and audit/version controls. Customers remain responsible for endpoint security, user access, document authority, exports and decisions. A BidIQ DPA is recommended before enterprise contracting where Esnad AI processes personal data on the customer's behalf.
7. Availability, pilots, fees and support
Pilot and evaluation access may include evolving functionality and planned maintenance. Any committed availability, support hours, response times, credits, success criteria, fees, taxes, payment schedule, renewal or refunds must be stated in a separately executed agreement. This notice creates none.
8. Suspension, termination, export and deletion
Suspension rights, notices, cure periods, export window and post-termination deletion must be approved in the contract. Organization-owned procurement records are not erased merely because an individual account is removed. Exact retention and backup deletion periods remain open.
9. Ownership, warranties and liability
Esnad AI retains rights in the BidIQ software, interfaces, methods and documentation. Organizations retain their customer content. This notice states no negotiated warranty, liability cap, indemnity or commercial remedy; those matters require a separately executed agreement.
10. Governing law and contact
No governing law, forum, registration detail or incorporated contracting entity is asserted by this notice. Those matters must be addressed in a separately executed agreement where applicable. Contact: info@esnadai.com.
